Lunch with the Blitz

The other day on The Blitz we were talking iconic eats in San Antonio – places we have never eaten at but probably should.

Listeners called in with lots of places – one of them was Mr. and Mrs. G’s Homestyle Cooking,

Joe Reinagel and Jason Minnix decided then to go there for lunch on Wednesday and man lunch was fantastic.

Joe had the smotherd pork chops with mashed potatoes and green beans. Jason has a fried pork chop covered in gravy, fried chicken with mashed potatoes and cornbread.

The food was fantastic. Both need a nap.
