How the 76ers can trade for James Harden without Embiid or Simmons

The Houston Rockets have been mentioned in a ton of trade rumors throughout the offseason. Russell Westbrook has already been traded and James Harden could be on the move. Could the Philadelphia 76ers make a move to acquire the superstar shooting guard, possibly without even trading Joel Embiid or Ben Simmons?

Reports have circulated that the 76ers are the favorites to acquire Harden from the Rockets. That could change, but it would make a ton of sense.

Harden seems to be completely done with the Rockets. He has made a big deal of reporting to the team to start the season. Instead, he has been seen at strip clubs and even Stephen Silas, the new head coach, has no clue what has been going on.
