The full NFL schedule will get released on Thursday but we already have some leaks.
Get ready to make your travel plans.
We know the Dallas Cowboys will play Lambeau in November. Dak Prescott vs Aaron Rodgers in Mike McCarthy’s return to Green Bay on November 13.
With the Cowboys-Packers game leaked early, Ed Wereder from ESPN tweeted that he looked into booking a hotel for that weekend and the price at the Marriott Residence Inn was $807 a night.
We have also heard teasers that the Cowboys Thanksgiving Game will be against the Cincinnati Bengals.
As we take our guesses, for road games I wouldn’t be surprised if the Cowboys open on the road against the defending Super Bowl Champion Rams in LA on the Thursday opener.
I fully expect the Tampa Bay game to be in prime time and some rumors have that game being in week 9. Tough back to back with the Bucs and Packers.
Selfishly, I am hoping the road game against the Titans is in September or early October. Reinagel and I plan on going to that game and I don’t want to be in Nashville in November or December.
Some things to look for – when are the NFC East road games and will the schedule be back loaded with division games? When is the bye? And how does the schedule look around the Thanksgiving game.
While a lot of the schedule will be leaked by the time you read this, the full schedule will be announced Thursday at 7p in a made for TV event on ESPN2.
While focused on the Cowboys, I will also be looking at the Raiders schedule. I want to go see a game, any game, in Vegas.
