Texas A&M seems to have settled on a one-line argument for its case to make the College Football Playoff. Coach Jimbo Fisher shared it after the Aggies beat Tennessee, and Athletics Director Ross Bjork picked up the case on Twitter.

The Aggies, who entered the weekend ranked No. 5 in the Playoff rankings, say they deserve to be included because of how well they endured the grind of an SEC-only schedule. Fisher also added that the Aggies’ lone loss to Alabama was when the Crimson Tide still had star WR Jaylen Waddle, who suffered a serious leg injury later against Tennessee. In the history of the Playoff format, every one-loss SEC team has made the playoff.
